Jose Pietro Aparicio, MD, MPH

Dr. Aparicio is a trained medical doctor and master in International Public Health.  He has extensive experience as a clinicians and a healthcare manager at the local and international level.   He has always pushed the boundaries and work beyond the traditional practice of medicine and public health.  He believes in discovering innovative ways to improving the health status of our patients, the family and the community at large.  Health technology is a new tool as it has been the antibiotics, x-rays imaging and others as contributors for better health services.

 

Dr. Aparicio brings his expertise in health and technology to patients, providers, companies and governmental agencies.

 

Dr. Aparicio is a graduate of the National Autonomous Medical School in Honduras and Master in International Public Health from the Hebrew University, Brown School of Public Health in Jerusalem, Israel.   He was President of the Latino Caucus for Public Health of the American Public Health Association (APHA), and also President of the NGO Health Committee, a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) with Consultative Status to the United Nations (UN).   He has lead successful programs in the US Healthcare Industry in the field of Risk Management, Patient Safety and Quality Assurance.
